In recent months YouCan Hire has grown significantly through investment in its operations and new product development allowing them to reach out to new markets. As a result of this growth we are now looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to cover the Leeds and Sheffield depots, and they will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager.


The Role…

Your role will involve travel and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing area new business sales activity to ensure targets are being met

  • Develop relationships for all existing clients and maximise value where possible.

  • Development of new key accounts

  • Manage day to day sales related enquiries

  • Monitor sales reports weekly

  • Prepare regional sales figures reports on a weekly basis

  • Attend networking opportunities on behalf of YouCan Hire


Full product training will be provided this position and is ideal for someone who is commercially focused.


The Person…

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • New Business Orientated

  • Target Driven

  • Highly organised and motivated

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Able to work in a vibrant and competitive environment

  • Able to work calmly under pressure


It would be advantageous for the applicant to have previous B2B sales experience.


The applicant must also hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car for business use. Must be based in the Leeds area.
